MTZ Dezign assists in developing products through
Mechanical Design and Drafting, OMS Manufacture
engineering and Strategic competitive Vendor sourcing.
What We Do:
MTZ Dezign provides mechanical CADD support within a
product design process, or the design of the manufacturing
tools needed that make a product.
Our core strengths are High Purity gas Panel Design, Sheet
metal and Plastics Packaging; Stampings, Castings, Molds
and Machined part design, Reverse engineering, Solid
Modeling, CAD and OMS Documentation, Manufacture
Engineering, Prototype and Production manufacturing
support.
We are geared and strive to find the lowest cost, best quality
manufacturing by recognizing high quality lower overhead
facilities. We also look for additional cost savings through
reverse engineering and redesigning to functionality with
aesthetics.
MTZ Dezign has partnered with select high quality
approved domestic and off-shore fabricators to assist
customers in their rapid prototyping, low and high volume
fabrication and manufacturing.
Who We Are:
MTZ Dezign began in December 2008 with Marco Martinez
(Owner/Operator), who started the business after 13 years as
a project manager and designer manufacturing custom
capital process equipment in semiconductor and solar
industries.
MTZ Dezign has evolved to an intimate contracting
business that continues to assist manufacturing companies
as well as individuals with bright ideas in Austin TX today
Marco continues to expand his knowledge and follow semi
and solar industry processes such as Ion Implant, Photo
voltaic, and Dry Strip.
